BIMM/EMM Scrimmage & Cook-out

SAVE THE DATE: Friday July 24,2009 (the day Before Heinz Challenge)- No practice on Saturday 07/25/09.

Races: Be on the dock by 6:15pm for scrimmage with anticipated first launch at 6:30ish

Picnic: To be held after the races so everyone can enjoy good food and company - donation will be requested. Guests/spectators are welcome

Head count needed: In anticipation of the BIMM/EMM Scrimmage & Cook-out on Fri July 24,2009, we need a preliminary head count. Please CLICK HERE to RSVP--don't forget to click submit--so we can count your response. If you don't intend to attend, please indicate that in the form as well.

Don't worry if you are not 100% sure; we will email you again closer to the event to confirm your participation. We do need a general idea of how many to expect so please respond.

Quaker City Regatta Hotel Accomodations

We will be staying at the CROWNE PLAZA PHILADELPHIA MAIN LINE
4100 Presidential Blvd.
Philadelphia , Pa. 19131

The hotel has been recommended by the Fairmount Rowing Assoc. They are the host rowing org. for the regatta.

You need to click on to Regatta Central. From there click on Regattas and choose Quaker City Regatta, August 1 ,2009.

Once that page appears scroll down the left hand side and click on hotels. From there the link takes you straight to the CROWNE PLAZA page. The rate is $99 plus tax. Coffee makers are in the rooms. Breakfast is not available, but there is a Starbucks and an IHOP within
walking distance.
