EMM Music Mix

While we are awaiting the details of the EMM party on March 6th (and the details will be out very soon...we promise), we are making an EMM Music CD and need your help! Please send me (gwen620@comcast.net) your favorite song to work out with. I will need the song title and band/artist. Please forward the information to me within the next week. Once completed, you will see how much easier our erg workouts will be with our customized music selection!
